Bookings may be made online at https://www.theholidayresortsandcottages.com, through our call centres or at any of our Marketing patner.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards, Paypal, or online bank transfers for most of our Manali Hotels. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process. A payment processing fee may apply . For walk-in bookings, we also accept cash payments.

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (NRIC, passport, driver's licence or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require).

Credit card bookings made within five (5) days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the said card during check-in. Failure to do so may delay your check-in process.

Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.

ROOM RATES

Room rates may or may not include service tax, service charge, VAT, GST and/or other charges or tax subject to the requirements of the country where the Hotel is located. These will be charged at the prevailing rates and are payable in the currency of the Hotel's country of location.

Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS, AND CANELLATION

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email or fax. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings.

Should the guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website at the earliest convenience. The Hotel will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability.

In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the hotel will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel's liability.

The hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel.

The Holiday Resorts, Cottages and Spa Manali does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.

DAMAGE

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. Hotels reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof. Hotels further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

The 'Guest' named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

10 Day (s) before Arrival, cancellation fee is 100% of one night of the total bookings.

05 Day (s) before Arrival, cancellation fee is 50 % of full booking amount

Within 03 Day (s) to arrival, cancellation fee is 100 % of full booking amount

NOTE: THE ABOVE RATES AND INCLUSION ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND MAY VARY DURING LOW AND HIGH SEASONS

REFUND POLICY

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above.

In case a reservation that you make is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take a maximum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card.
